Help me!!!!...i'm eating like a mad F***!!!!

I have always struggled with my weight since childhood.i'm 23 right now.Couple of health problems
which only worsen with increase in weight.Its not that I am not aware of what's wrong and what's right,
its just that i am not able to sustain my weight loss for a long period of time.Everything is going well for
a couple of days and then suddenly one day, out of nowhere,i start eating the worst things possible.
Its like a 'FOOD DEMON' or something possesses me.My friends sometimes make fun of me(in a
funny way) by saying i have entered "RAMPAGE" mode!!!...HAHAHA...Sad but true.
Will start again today.Let's see where things go.........
